Leslie Decker is a social impact investor, philanthropist and community activist focused on strengthening communities through social justice, women’s rights and women’s leadership globally. She believes deeply in racial equity and empowering women through mentoring and community investments to accelerate their impact. As a former banker, she brings her financial and analytical background to evaluating and leveraging collaborations. Leslie is active in both her local community of Seattle and globally with a firm belief that listening to and trusting grassroots communities provides the best solutions to social problems. She continues to contribute and learn as a Vital Voices NW Council member and as a member of the Seattle Foundation’s Neighbor to Neighbor Advisory Grant Committee.
