Jenny Warnick is an attorney and business executive who focuses on helping purpose-driven organizations through transitions and strategic transformations. She has served in leadership roles for companies in a number of sectors, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and energy. Her skills include strategic planning, international expansion, cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, partnership development, and intellectual property portfolio strategy. Jenny serves as a board member on for-profit and non-profit boards. She also provides pro bono legal services to organizations serving women and children. Jenny holds a B.A. in Russian and Political Science from Bryn Mawr College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
