Rosalyn Chen received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from U.C. San Diego and her Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California. She spent over 10 years as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank and Piper Jaffray, helping government agencies secure funding for infrastructure. She has worked as an expert witness for financial litigations. Rosalyn is currently actively involved in philanthropy as a board member and head of the Development Committee of the Good Samaritan Family Resource Center, which provides basic services to new immigrants to San Francisco. In addition, she is a board member of the Chavez Family Foundation, whose mission is to advance causes related to immigration, education and entrepreneurship.
