She is a certified human rights consultant known for her commitment to gender equality and community development. She is the founder of Eagle Wings Organization and co-founder of the Universal Basic Income (UBI) Lab in Kenya. With over five years of experience, Saraphina excels in leveraging her proficient communication skills and design expertise to advocate for women’s rights and gender justice. Her work focuses on empowering young people and women, addressing gender-based disparities, and promoting social justice. Through her work, she drives transformative change and continues to inspire progress and inclusivity in the realm of gender equality. Saraphina is an Every Woman Fellow graduate and a member of Every Woman’s Emerging Leaders Council.
